Hi, I'm DЯΣΛMƧVΣЯƧΣ (or Dreamsverse). My real name is Heidi, but please call me Dreams. I love making stories and characters. My hope and dream is to be able to share my stories with the world some day and that people will love them and the characters within (and outside) of those stories!

Terms of Service

This page is a binding contract. By agreeing to work with me, commission, or make an order, you are agreeing to my terms. If, by chance, you violate my terms, you give me the right to decline any service to you in the future as well as allowing me to notify and warn others of your misdeeds (ie: make a call out statement/post). This service includes, but not limited to, orders for art, information, refunds, quotes, etc. If I am the one wrong/ have wronged you gravely and threw my terms to the ground, you have the right to call me out.I also have the right to update, adjust, alter, or change my TOS, this document, whenever I want. Any changes I make don’t affect previous, or taken jobs before the changes made to the TOS.I have the right to decline service to you for whatever or no reason. I am not required to give you a reason. (That being said, I will probably give you a reason when I can or feel I can.)These Terms refer to Personal Use Commissions. You can't use anything you receive from me for Commercial work/usage.

Ordering:

  • Please provide which type of commission you are wanting from Prices.

  • If I have commissions open for a specific kind of commission, you may ask for a different kind. I may decline or have a higher chance of declining.

  • The Prices is typically accurate on the price your order will be but they are more of a base price. In the case of complex character designs, accessories, etc., there may be an up charge.

  • You must provide an unshaded and clean reference image that I can work off of. If you don't have one, I can't promise I'll be able to be accurate when drawing your character.

  • Please be brief when you're ordering. That being said, I do want to know a little about your character so I can accurately display them, so please do tell me a little bit about them! (Also, if you have a toyhou.se link with more information about them, that'd be wonderful to have too!)

  • Please be patient if I don't respond quickly. I work another job (in retail) and am not always available immediately. This also comes into effect with any questions I might ask you/you ask me while in the process of a work order.

  • If you are ordering anything NSFW, your age must be displayed somewhere (if on a website) and/or while filling out the provided form below: you must give your consent that you are taking responsibility for your ordering of NSFW. NSFW ORDERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO ARE 18+!

Payment:

  • I take money upfront. (This doesn't apply if we have spoken of a different method prior to me accepting your order!)

  • I will only start your order after receiving payment.

  • All payments will be in USD.

  • All payments will be through Paypal Invoices that I will provide you. (When/If I accept your order, I will ask for an email to send you your invoice.)

  • Minor edits/fixes to the order are free! However, after certain updates, they might end up not being minor edits and will/can be charged for it.

  • Major edits will require a fee. (Fees will be sent in another invoice.)

  • That being said, highly detailed/complex and strict orders might also come with a fee.

  • I have the rights to changes my prices! THAT BEING SAID, if I have accepted your order before I have updated my prices, I will honor the price of when I accepted. That being said, if I lower my prices or have a "sale" on my types of orders (this is excluding adoptables and YCHs) I will refund you the difference if you'd like.

Refunds and Cancels:

  • I have the right to cancel a commission. If I cancel a commission, I will give you a full refund.

  • If you cancel a commission, you will be refunded for the work I did not get to, as well as receive the work in process of what I had gotten done.

  • If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please talk to me first. I will refund you appropriately (see above).

Art:

  • You are not allowed to remove my watermark.

  • I will give you updates (depending on the commission type.) I will try to always provide a sketch and a flats update (if/when applicable.) I may provide more updates as needed.

  • Your order may take up to 3-4+ months to finish depending on the type of work you've commissioned me for and many other factors such as but not limited to: Health, my Job as I do work as well, other prior commissions, my living situation, etc.

  • That being said, I will also update you if your order will take longer than 3-4 months. ( I might even make a public announcements of whatever situation that might be holding me back.)

  • If I contact you personally about it taking longer, we can discuss any course of action you'd might want to take.

Art Work Usage

I own the rights to the work I create. I can use the artwork to promote myself and to display. I will not use artwork commissioned with characters I don't own in any other fashion (i.e.: selling prints) without prior consent of you.
I own the artwork, but I do not own the characters depicted.

  • You can share/upload the work you receive (with proper credit/link back to me). Please refer to my links on the Main Page if you don't know where I'm located!

  • Please save your received work as I will occasionally make more room on my storage place/sharing place.

  • That being said, if you do lose your work and you can show proper proof the work is yours, I always keep copies for myself and can resend you your work.

  • You MAY NOT take credit or claim full rights for the artwork.

  • You don't gain full rights to the artwork itself. You still retain your rights for the subject matter (for example, your character.)

  • You may not use my art for commercial use or for anything to make profit off of my work.

Order Form

  • ⋆ Visual Reference: (I need a visual reference. Please keep the reference to just a few images if need be.)

  • ⋆ Character Personality: (I don’t need a giant page worth on their personality. A quick list and a paragraph or something is good. If I need to know anything else, I’ll ask you. This just helps me keep them themselves the best I can. If you're character has a completed Toyhouse page for them, then that will work too!)

  • ⋆ Description of what you’re thinking: (Description of what you’re wanting for your image roughly. This would be a good place to reference me to anything that might help me get across what you’re expecting.)

  • ⋆ Other info?: (Anything else? For example: If there is any species information, here would be good for a link to that information.)

  • ⋆ Age and Consent for NSFW: (This is only for anything that has mature/NSFW tag of being 18+ or greater which typically wouldn't be posted on dA (besides detailed nudes that are allowed on dA), this doesn't need to be added on SFW orders.) (Simply put that you are 18 or older and agreeing that you accept that it’s your problem if you are lying.)

Sketchy Headshots

$5+

A relaxed colored sketch of your character's headshot. You give me some loose suggestions on what your character wants to express (or let me decide based on how your character's personality is!)⋆ These are meant to be very relaxed and chill for me to work on, and something fun for you to get! They will not be a cleaned up picture and will have my sketch lines and everything! These will have simple backgrounds, typically a simple color and shape.⋆ Please note, any character with any complex designs may require a slight upcharge.⋆ Additional characters will be an extra $5. ( Max of 3 to 4 characters. )

Simple Chibi

$10

A cute chibi of your characters ( or yourself!)⋆ A simplified digital chibi with a simple background. These are typically a solid fixed price. [[ Note: Any complex markings or designs will be simplified down for the style. ]]⋆ There will be times where a premade pose of a chibi will be available as a YCH ( your-character-here) at the reduced price of $8. You'll have to keep an eye out of my socials ( like Twitter or Instagram or deviantArt) for these offers.

Headshot - Hard Shading

$15+

A simple headshot of your character.⋆ A fun headshot-like icon of your character. These can express any emotion you'd like to the best of my abilities! Also comes with a simple designed background.⋆ Please note, any character with any complex designs may require a slight upcharge.⋆ Additional characters will be an extra $10-$15. ( Max of 3 to 4 characters. )

Animated Icons

$30+

A simple animation of a character headshot with either a soft or hard rendering style.⋆ These animations are meant to be very simple, often having only a few moving parts and a simple blinking animation.⋆ You can pick between the hard rendering/shading style or a simplified version of my normal softer rendering/shading style. You can also pick a blurred background texture that fully encompasses the background or is a simple shape with a solid color or a blurred background texture in that simple shape. The simple shape will allow for the character to have some transparency behind them as well. All characters will have a border stroke around them and the background.⋆ You will receive a 400x400 size. I can also give you a smaller 1:1 ratio size as requested. Also, due to the bigger file size of these, I cannot guarantee these being small enough to be used as icons on some sites.⋆ Please note, any character with any complex designs may require a slight upcharge.(Notice: I will not do multiple version/characters in these orders, like in the Augusta icon.)

Sitting Pagedoll Animation

$50+

A sitting pagedoll inspired animation. You will get not only the animation but also a still image of what the animation is based on. The animation will be simple with the character swaying back and forth gently.⋆ More moving parts beyond a typical form may cost more. (Example: wings, extra pair of arms, big animal ears, major moving tails, etc.) Each major moving part may cost additionally $5-$10 more depending on complexity and how many extra things are being added. Also, character design complexity (Example: complex markings/patterns or clothing designs) might cost more too as I have to figure out how to draw and render it to make it work in the animation.⋆ You can also ask me about making a mini custom animation to your loop. [[Note: A custom animation loop is something beyond the character sitting there and bouncing back and forth with their original expression and initial pose! ]]
(See the Luna Jax example at the bottom!) These will be an additional $5 - $10+ depending on the complexity and how much you want to have happen. (Keep in mind I can't do anything extremely different as it needs to follow the base.)

How to Order

Ready to order? Awesome! It's pretty simple. All you do is fill out the form below and private message me on one of the following websites. If you have another form of contact for me outside of these websites (which might happen if, for example, I work with you or know you outside of the internet) then feel free to do facebook or the email I provided you.Also, please review my Terms of Services. Those will answer a lot of your questions. If you still have questions outside of that, feel free to message me on the websites provided below! Also, if you don't see an order type but I have drawn an example of what you'd like, feel free to message me for a possible quote!
